Q6) Does Dazzle Street sells gift cards or gift certificates?

Q7) Are there any stores I can visit to see the jewelry?

A7) No, Dazzle Street is a complete online store only.  We do not have physical / brick mortar store presence.  We deliver what you see on www.dazzlestreet.com. 


Diamond Jewelry, Customization & Certification



Q8) Can I get any customization done to the diamond jewelry listed online?


A8) Yes, you can contact us for any customization that you may require.  We will confirm its feasibility before taking your order.  Change in size or asking for your own custom design with different stones is never a challenge.  However, additional time may be required to deliver the diamond jewelry to you. 


Q9) How is the jewelry packed and how do I store it after receiving it?

A9) All diamond jewelry comes in a gift box which is yours to keep.  Your purchase should be kept in this gift box away from heat and moisture when not wearing.  Gift box is packed in tamper proof packing before it is shipped to ensure that jewelry reaches you as you saw on website.


Q10) Do you carry specific of stones that I am looking for?

A10) We have jewelry designs made from different stones.  If you are looking for a specific stone, you can use the search feature on our website to find them.  If required, we can make the jewelry design in your stone specifications if it is not available on the website.


Q11) How do you certify your jewelry?

A11) Every jewelry piece is graded for the quality of its diamonds. Every jewelry item carries an inhouse certification of diamonds and stones, in a tabular form. The color, clarity, cut and weight are all specified.  


Q12) Does your jewelry have 3rd party certification?

A12) Yes, most of the diamond jewelry in stock carries a 3rd party certification.  Where the jewelry is only self-certified, the 3rd party certification can be obtained at customer’s request without any extra cost.  There may be a time lag in the shipment of the jewelry ordered due additional time required for certification.


Q13) What are third party certifications?

A13) Third party certification refers to the certification of the diamonds by reputed and independent gem laboratories, like GIA (Gemological Institute of America), IGI (International Gemological Institute), GSI (Gemological Science International). These laboratories certificates declare undisputed quality guarantees.


Q14) Does GIA certify diamond studded jewelry?

A14) No, GIA (Gemological Institute of America) does not certify the diamonds set in Jewelry. They only certify unmounted diamonds.


Q15) Is it possible to check the accuracy and genuineness of the certificate issued by GSI or IGI?

A15) Yes, you can fill the certificate number on their website to verify the certificate.  We have also provided a link where the diamond jewelry is verified by the lab and you can view the actual certificate by clicking on the link  GSI or IGI.


Q16) I have lost my certificate, what do I do?

A16) We will issue a duplicate certificate for your jewelry.  For this we will require the order number, receipt copy and your mailing address. However, you can also take the printout of the copy of certificate from the Laboratory that had certified your product. You just have to go to their site and fill in the certificate number, the scan and picture of the certificate will be displayed, and all you have to do is to take the printout.


Q17) What are lab created or synthetic diamonds?

A17) Lab created or synthetic diamonds are not mined or natural diamonds but are created in the laboratory and under fair practices must be declared as synthetic or lab created diamonds.  We, at Dazzle Street, deal only in natural diamonds.


Q18) What are Conflict Diamonds? And do you use them?

A18) Conflict diamonds are the diamonds that are mined in the countries where the money from diamonds is used to fund conflicts, finance war lords and insurgency especially using child soldiers. As per the latest agreement, all the dealers have to give an undertaking that they do not import rough diamonds or deal in diamonds that are sourced from such countries. We, at Dazzle Street, do not deal in conflict diamonds.


Q19) What size standard do you use for ring and bangle?

A19) Dazzle Street ring sizes are standard sizes.  Size of every diamond jewelry is displayed in the product info.  Same sizes are used by jewelers across India.  If you are residing or are accustomed to sizes in countries outside India, we also include the ring size conversion chart link in our home page.


A20) Some pendants have chain while some do not.  Please check the details in the table- metal details in the product page. If the chain is included, then the chain with its metal purity and weight is mentioned in the table.  If it is not mentioned, then chain is not part of jewelry.


Q21) How do I know my ring size

A21) Best way is to ask any jewelry near you to measure your ring size.  Ring size are standard across India.  Otherwise, you will need to measure the circumference of your finger with thread and convert it into ring size. Alternatively intimate this circumference in millimeters and we will make the conversion at our end. The ring conversion guide is given as a link at the bottom of the home-page.


Q22) What if I need to resize or repair a piece of diamond Jewelry?

A22) If the diamond jewelry and in most cases the diamond ring can be resized, we would do that for you.  Any other repairs are also possible but the shipping costs of two sides will have to be borne by you.  This applies even if you have ordered a wrong size.


Q23) What sizes of solitaries can I buy from you?

A23) We specialize in solitaries and have wide range of solitaries – in design, metal (Gold / Silver / Platinum), and also the solitaire size.


Q24) Can I get a trial of any jewelry at home before buying?

A24) No, we do not offer this facility right now. 


Diamond Jewelry, Customization & Certification

Q25) Can I shop and order by phone?

A25) No, we do not take orders over phone.  You will need to login on www.dazzlestreet.com and create your account to make a purchase.


Q26) How do I know I have successfully placed an order

A26) You will receive an order confirmation email once we have successfully received your order details and payment. 


Q27) Can my shipping address be different from billing address?

A27) Yes, it can be different.  But we will take measures to confirm that we deliver to the given address. Also, you will have to intimate the name of the person who would be taking the delivery and the identity proof that will be furnished at the time of taking the delivery. This information has to be given in advance at the time of placing the order.


Q28) Can I order on Dazzle Street even though I reside outside India but want the jewelry to be delivered in India?

A28) Yes, you can order.  All orders delivered in India are considered India / domestic orders irrespective of which country the payment is coming from.  You can use your cards issued to you by your local bank or make a direct wire transfer from your bank to ours in order to pay for your purchase.  However, please note, the invoice will be in the name of payee i.e. who has paid for the amount and not in the name of person to whom the product will be delivered.  Returns, buybacks, taxes and shipping charges will be applied as applicable for sale in India. 


Q29) Do I need to register to order a Product?

A29) Yes, without registering you cannot proceed to make an order and hence neither payment.


Q30) Can I order for COD payments?   What are the accepted mode of payments?

A30) No, we do not ship on COD (Cash on Delivery).  Payment needs to be made for order to be processed.  You can pay online through any of the accepted modes such as Mastercard, Visa, Diners, American Express, or Paypal.  We use 256-bit encrypted SSL system which is the global best practice for payment systems.  Hence it is safe to pay online.


Q31) Is the price on website the final price?  Are there any hidden costs?

A31) Price displayed on website is pretax price but includes domestic shipping cost.  Final price inclusive of taxes will be displayed before you make the payment.  There is no other cost than the billing or paid cost.


Q32) Are prices subject to change on Dazzle Street?

A32) Yes, prices are subject to change over period of time.  We reserve the right to change the price without prior notice.


Q33) What do I do if I don’t like what I ordered and want to return the diamond jewelry?

A33) You can intimate us through your account on www.dazzlestreet.com for return within 24 hours of receiving it.  We will have the jewelry picked from your place.  Full refund will be issued without any deduction after we have received the jewelry in original condition.  The money will be refunded to the same account from which original payment was made.


Q34) What do I have to do for shipping the jewelry back?

A34) You have to put the jewelry in the same package in which you received it and have it sealed in the presence of the courier, in the tamper proof polyethylene packaging provided by the courier company.  Packing will carry a unique alpha numeric code which should be entered in the return parcel receipt given by the courier company.  This number will be required as reference for tracking your jewelry return and refund processing.


Q35) Do I need to pay for the return of jewelry?

A35) No, the shipping is on us.  You only have to put the jewelry in tamper proof packaging provided to you by the courier company in their presence.  Rest we will do.


Q36) Why do I have to make my intent to return the goods in just 24 hours after receiving delivery?

A36) We firmly believe that, once you open the package and try the jewelry, you would know for sure whether it is for you or not.  It is simply a yes or no thing.  We respect your judgement and we allow you to return at no cost to you while we incur additional shipping cost.  However, it is our policy not to allow more time for decision making on returns.


Q37) How soon are payments made to my account on the goods returned to you?

A37) The diamond jewelry returned is checked and examined for damage and genuineness.  If no proof of tampering is found and jewelry is in order, the amount is re-credited to the account from which order payment was made. The whole process should not take more than 2 weeks after we receive the returns.


Q38) Do you have replacement policy?

A38) We have a replacement policy for Jewelry as mentioned below.

Manufacturing Defects: In the unlikely event, if you receive a product with manufacturing defects, we guarantee 100% product replacement at no additional costs.

Damaged in Transit: If the product is damaged in transit we will replace the same product for you. Please do not accept the product if you receive the box in tampered condition.




Q39) How do I cancel the order?

A39) Before shipment of the product, you can cancel the order through your account.  Post shipment, an order can be cancelled only due to:

      a)   Order could not be shipped on the specified date

      b)   Any other force majeure reason beyond the control of vendors or Dazzle Street, including bandh, strike, natural climatic, etc.


Q40) What are buy-backs?

A40) We offer lifetime buyback of your undamaged purchase but after six months of order date.  You need to keep the jewelry with you for at least six months before we can buy it back.  In case of buyback, a deduction of 20% on current value of jewelry is made.  You can receive the calculated amount by credit in bank account in India of your choice or you can also exercise the option of exchange and set off the amount of the buybacks against any new purchase.

In case of any discount or Promo codes that were used during the original purchase, The Buy-Back amount would be 80% of the current product value less the discount percentage availed.





Q41) What can I do if I have damaged my jewelry?  Will you buy back it?


A41) If you have damaged your jewelry or want us to buy back it, please email us at contact@dazzlestreet.comDepending on the extent of damage, we can repair it for you or calculate the amount for buyback. 



Q42) What do I need to do to exercise buy-back option?

A42) Along with the jewelry you will need to present the receipt and certificate also.  Without these documents we will not be able to buy back our jewelry.


Q43) Do I have to courier the buyback jewelry first or after I receive the new jewelry?

A43) Yes, you need to courier us the jewelry along with the receipt and certificate through our trusted courier.  They will pack in front of you and courier the jewelry to us.  We will check the jewelry for damage and genuineness before we courier your new jewelry or transfer the calculated amount to your bank account in India.


Q44) How long does it take to transfer the amount to my account on buyback?

A44) After receiving your old jewelry, we transfer the amount in not more than two weeks.


Jewelry Shipment


 Q45) How will my jewelry order be send – by regular post or private courier?

 A45) BVC Logistics Pvt. Ltd is our trusted logistic partner in the shipment of all precious jewelry.


Q46) Is there any shipping insurance? Who pays for it?

A46) Our shipping orders are insured for 100% of bill amount (incl taxes) and are part of price displayed.  Insurance is valid only for the transit i.e. after we submit your order for shipment till you receive it.


Q47) Is sending my jewelry by courier safe?

A47) Yes, sending jewelry by courier is safe.  We use reputed courier services who are reliable and fast.  Jewelry is packed in special tamper proof pack which protects it from damage.  Once your shipment is out, we will share the airway bill number with you and you can track its progress.


Q48) Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

A48) Yes, you can change the shipping address before the shipment has started.  Once your order is out for shipment, we cannot recall / stop it.


Q49) How long does it take for an order to get delivered?

A49) If the order is in stock, then it takes 3 – 5 days within India.


Q50) What happens if my order shipment is lost and I do not receive the delivery?

A50) If you do not receive your order by promised delivery date, please contact us.  We will ship the replacement to you at no extra cost with update delivery date. If for any reason this is not acceptable to you, we will refund you the payment received.


International Orders

A51) Yes, for international orders, you need to mail us at  contact@dazzlestreet.com with details of jewelry you are interested in.  Please mention International Order in the subject line.  We will get in touch with you within 24 hours.


Q52) What qualifies as international order?

Q52) Any order which needs to be delivered outside India irrespective of country of payment is considered as an International order.  Orders which are paid for outside India but require to be delivered in India are considered as domestic or Indian orders and they can be placed online on www.dazzlestreet.com
