We offer Free Shipping and free transit insurance of the goods ordered by you. Shipping on Returns is also free. The basic idea is to provide our customers a hassle-free shopping experience.

The delivery of the product will be made on furnishing the OTP to the courier making the delivery. This OTP will be delivered to the confirmed and verified mobile number of the registered user. The time of the delivery would also be conveyed to the customer along with the OTP. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that he is available to take the delivery of the parcel and inspect the goods for details. If the parcel cannot be delivered owing to the unavailability of customer then the cost of the shipment both to and fro will be charged to him/her.

It is also the responsibility of the customer to check the delivery address for errors at the time of placing the orders. Any error or discrepancy in the delivery address will result in the non-delivery of the goods and the consequent costs will be charged to the customer.

In addition, the customer may have to furnish his/her Aadhaar card number or PAN number as may be required by the Government of India.

The Delivery address cannot be changed after the order is processed and sent for shipment. The change of address is permitted through the change of address icon in the account of the registered user, which will remain active till the goods are sent for shipment. On clicking this Icon, so long it is active; the user can institute the change in the shipping address.

The Shipment is possible only in the places covered by our secured courier. For this you have to fill in the pin code of the delivery address to confirm whether the delivery is possible before you make payment or confirm the order.

The person taking the delivery of the shipment must ensure that the security seal of the package is intact and no part of the package has been tampered with.

As the part of our return policy, the recipient of the parcel must open the parcel. If he/she is not satisfied with the product, the look, the fit or the size or in any other way, he/she must fill the return form, seal the product in the security seal and send the product back. Once the product is received back, the process of the refund would be instituted and the refunds would be made within 7 working days after receiving back the product.
